The Capital Markets Authority accredits an auditor from Al-Mustashar Al-Kuwaiti Office to audit the accounts
The Capital Markets Authority announced the accreditation of Mr. Falah Awad Rashid Al-Mutairi as an auditor in the register of auditors at the Capital Markets Authority, based on Resolution No. (24) of 2023 regarding amending the powers of final approval of the supervisory sector’s work procedures issued on 2/12/2023. The decision stipulated in its first article that the auditor Falah Awad Rashid Al-Mutairi be registered in the register of auditors with the Capital Markets Authority, provided that the period of registration in the register is 3 years starting from the date of issuance of this decision, and the aforementioned auditor is obligated to pay the fees when renewing the registration for any other period. In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 7 of 2010, its executive regulations and their amendments, and the decisions and instructions of the Authority.
The Kuwaiti Insurance Regulatory Authority accredits an auditor from Al-Mustashar Al-Kuwaiti Office to audit the accounts
The Al-Mustashar Al-Kuwaiti Office for Auditing announced the accreditation of Mr. Falah Awad Rashid Al-Mutairi as an auditor in the register of auditors at the Insurance Regulatory Unit, in accordance with the decision issued by the Supreme Committee of the Insurance Regulatory Unit No. (5) of 2023 on 8/13/2023.
The decision stipulated in its first article that the auditor Falah Awad Rashid Al-Mutairi be registered in the register of auditors with the Insurance Regulatory Unit, provided that the period of registration in the register is 3 years starting from the date of issuance of this decision, and the aforementioned auditor is obligated to collect the prescribed fees for registration in the register or When renewed for any other period, in accordance with Law No. 125 of 2019 regarding insurance regulation and its executive regulations and their amendments.
Signing a cooperation agreement between “Al-Yaqout and Al-Fawzan Legal” and “Al-Mustashar Al-Kuwaiti” to audit the accounts
The “Al-Yaqout and Al-Fouzan Legal Group”, which specializes in dealing with commercial institutions, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with “Al-Mustashar Al-Kuwaiti” office for auditing accounts, in the presence of Mr. Falah Al-Mutairi, CEO of the office, and a group of group officials.
The signed agreement of understanding aims to enhance the legal group’s capabilities and benefit from all the services provided by Al-Mustashar Al-Kuwaiti Office in the field of legal services and financial statement reports for public and private companies in accordance with the country’s laws and international auditing standards.
This agreement comes within the framework of the group’s vision to improve its clients’ service and provide integrated legal services that meet their needs in addition to the various and different services provided by the group.
